2009/10 Cross Country Skiing

Intro to Cross Country Skiing
Come on out and learn the best way to enjoy winter and find the glory of snow while getting fresh air, exercise and the skills to ski with friends. A list of trails for your ability level included in this lesson!

Level Terrain Course Cross Country Skiing
Leave the malls behind and get some space, fresh air and fun on this introductory lesson to becoming a cross country skier. Learn the safe techniques for skiing, falling and how to get up efficiently with this fun filled class. Bring friends or family and learn together the tried and true techniques from a CANSI certified cross-country ski instructor!

Hill Techniques, Cross Country Skiing
Your fine with Cross country skiing on the flats, but now so sure about the hills? Come on out for this basic hill lesson. We guarantee to get you up and down the basic hills and increase your sense of safety and confidence!

Cross Country Ski Improvement and Bring on the Hills!
This course takes the beginner to the next level of flat and hilly terrain. By improving your flat terrain skills and gaining the hill skills you will be able to travel over ground more comfortably and safely than you have before. We will go for a 5km ski in the afternoon to link together your new skills so you know when to use which technique!

Cross Country Ski Tour
This course covers both flat terrain and hills to get you more efficient and having more fun on the blue trails in Kananaskis country! Whatever your gear is, you can ensure your enjoyment on the trails with your friends and family with a few refining tips to your technique.
