Full Circle Adventures reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule an outing at any time without notice. Weather, safety hazards, low registrations or other circumstances may occur; however, we will attempt to give as much advance notice as possible to our customers.
If a trip is cancelled by Full Circle Adventures due to reasons stated above or for an unforeseen incident, a full refund will apply. Additionally, some activities and trips may have their locations changed without advanced notice due to weather, fire bans, and wildlife activity in the area or Park closures. Participants will be informed of a change in location at the very latest at the meeting place before we head out. If the program needs to be re-scheduled we will do our best to book registrants to another program on another date.
Prices are subject to change without notice prior to you booking a program. Once you are registered and we have received your deposit, the price listed at that time will not change.
Full Circle Adventures reserves the right to decline any participant, at any time, as a member on any trip. As a participant, it is important to give full disclosure and accuracy of your state of health on our medical information form so we may be appropriately prepared for an emergency, should one occur. Failing to disclose important health in formation will result in you not being able to participate in the program you registered for or to receive a refund.
Deposits
Non-refundable deposits reflect the expenses Full Circle Adventures cannot recover if you cancel. These expenses include the organization, design and registration processes for the program, program marketing, meal and/or accommodation deposits and planning for your participation.
Day Trips
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to register.
• If a participant has paid in full and cancels within three days prior to the program start date no refund will be given.
• In the event of a family or personal health emergency a full refund less the non-refundable deposit will be returned to the participant. Hiking Series
• A $75 deposit is required to register, $25 of which is non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable with cancellations received three days prior to the trip date. If you were to attend the 1st hike and cancel the other two, $85 of your full series payment is non-refundable.
• In the event of a family or personal health emergency a full refund of the remaining program yet unattended less the $25 non-refundable deposit, will be returned to the participant. Weekend Retreats
• A $150 deposit is required to register, $75 of which is non-refundable.
• If you cancel in less than 14 days of the program start date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the program start date and have paid in full, no refund will be given.
• In the event of a family or personal health emergency a full refund less the non-refundable deposit will be returned to the participant. Extended Trips
• Fifty per cent of the program total is required to register and is non-refundable.
• When you have paid in full and you cancel more than 60 days in advance of the start of the tour, 50% of the total price is non refundable.
• When you cancel within 1 to 60 days of the tour departure date, 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.
• In the case of a medical or family emergency a refund will be negotiated based on the date of cancellation.If Full Circle Adventures cancels a program we will refund all land costs paid for attending our program. Full Circle Adventures is not responsible for expenses incurred by a participant while preparing for our trip. We are not responsible for Airline tickets, equipment purchases, Credit Card fees, etc.
We recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through your travel agent if you feel that it is required. Please contact us if you have any questions.
