11/12 Winter Programs
Cross Country Skiing
This year join Full Circle Adventures through the newly created Norseman Ski School. A partnership with the Norseman X-Country SkiShop in Calgary.
Cross Country Skiing is the most exhilarating way to enjoy winter. Cross country skiing uses 90% of your body’s muscles, which improves core stability, balance and overall fitness.
The art of Cross Country Skiing is using minimum effort for maximum efficiency. Once you have the essentials down, you can ski fluidly across the rolling hills.
With confidence, you'll be able to transport yourself effortlessly with graceful and efficient strides across the snow. You'll begin to notice fresh aromas surrounding you as you ski through forests of evergreen. Its a great way to get your Vitamin D.
